Is the HA mark means Harry Atkin from Atkins brothers ?

Hi,
The four marks in the centre of your mark image are the letters 'EPNS' (Electro Plated Nickel Silver), the mark on the right 'SUPER A1', is an indicator of the plating quality.
'HA' will be the maker, but is unknown to me.
