Photo-frame, silver plate? Three marks

Wondering if someone of you could identify these marks/maker? It might be silver as well as silver plated picture frame.

They look like Italian pewter marks to me, but let's wait to hear the thoughts of others.

Below is one of the marks used by the Italian company Cosi Tabellini of Brescia:



It is perhaps the centre mark on your frame.
