This could be Edinburgh silver. Your second picture includes images of what appears to be a Victoria duty mark, a damaged thistle punch (possibly) and what may well be the maker's mark of Hamilton, Crichton & Co (H.C&Co). If it is Edinburgh there should also be the castle mark of the Edinburgh Assay Office and a date letter.

The bell looks too continental.`` Thistle`` mark is wrong (try to clean it and take better picture).
How`s the figure fixed to the bell? Finials, figures if not soldered are supposed to have the same set of marks as the bell itself.
Many bells I have seen were composed of parts taken from different objects.

Screwed together. No markings on the figure that I can find.

You are far more likely to get an answer if you embed your images, very few people will click on links.

I tried, I get a message saying they are too big. The posting requirements says to post links instead when this happens.

Then reduce the size, embed them, and increase your chances of getting an answer.
