Silver spoons help with marks please

have looked everywhere and cannot identify marks spoons may have originated in Kenya
Any help would be much appreciated

One more thing is that a bishops mitre to the left of the makers mark and does it have any significance?

To my knowledge it is just part of their trade mark, but it would be good to hear the thoughts of others.

For the benefit of those learning, let's clarify that the "90" is a Euro-method for establishing the quantity of silver used in plating of a gross or group of these items. It does not mean .900, Coin Silver, or the 900 used to represent steel base metal. This can be very confusing to people elsewhere.
