Second ID - drinking mug

Here is the other mark I cannot identify though I know it is Italian... the lettering is just too blurred on the item.

And here is a closeup of the signature - the top two are the Italy Marking but the bottom (same mark duplicated from a different pic) I cannot decipher -

These are often called horn mugs or horn tankards. Over the years I've seen a lot of them, but they have always been made out of Pewter or Armtele. Have not seen a silver or silverplated one. Sorry, don't recognize the marks.
