Kind of self-evident..Electroplated nickel silver (EPNS) made in Sheffield England by or for COX (?). Looks like a ladle for a gravy boat that has gone elsewhere. Might be for commercial service supply but the name does not appear to be American related. There's a lot of stuff tuning up in the home goods markets these days with names never before heard of. So what was your exact question about it?
