Not a clue what I'm looking for/at. Help please

(alt+p)I'm sorry that the picture of what I'm seeing is blurry but with the flash on I get nothing. What I am seeing looks like a crest/shield with a dot in the upper left. It's above the cork. Any help would be appreciated.
