To the best of my knowledge, Francis Howard worked between 1870 and 1875. Am I in the right?........ or I'm in a mistake.

Hello Fernando.

My books have Francis Howard in business from 1870 to 1974.
He might have been in business into the 1980's, not sure.
I believe he started using the target mark around 1890.
Became Ltd. in 1923.
