christofle silverware set

How can I know if this is all sterling silver? Looks likes it's from 1983 from the mark.
It reads christofle France with O C MARK WITH HORSE HEAD. AND O C mark with scale looking mark.
Is the knife part also sterling silver? Thank u for reading. This won't let me add photo....

I tried my best to take this picture, but it's still not that great.
3 marks in a row - first one O C with horse? looking statue? and Christofle France in square and last one oval round with 4 stars on top with OC and scare in the middle

It looks like these two. Scale does not have any numbers in btw.
