The second ladle: I think the simbols are "JR", "&", "S", A crown, "B" and "EP"

The mark on the first ladle looks like Cooper Brothers, Sheffield, England. It is their silverplate mark used between 1867 and 1964.

The second ladle mark looks like one used by John Round & Son, Sheffied, England. This was one of at least two different silverplate marks they used. I believe they used your mark from 1863 to 1897.

You are welcome, and your English is very good.
English silverplate marks do not have to include a date mark like the English sterling marks do. In my opinion the A mark probably represents the quality or thickness of the silverplate.
