Pucnh Bowl Mark ID help please

The Mark is hard to see in the photo what it is is a Crown then in gothic letters under neath it says Chased by hand
Mark (large crown, followed by 4 squares containing the letters in gothic script SGGP)

The piece comes from my Aunts estate and was made prior to 1960.
