Need Help with Makers Mark Pot w 2 handles Settlers Dancing

Can anyone tell me exactly what this is and who made it? Under the Markers Mark is 8-70. On one side it has ships and a lighthouse on a shore, the other has settlers or people dancing. Any info would be great!! Thanks!!

Queen City Silver Co. of Cincinnati, OH. Dutch Revival style, probably dates to around the 1920s.
