Hukin and Heath worked during the last quarter of the 19th century till around the middle of the 20th. They made good quality silver and plate such as yours. Their best pieces were those very stylised items designed by Sir Christopher Dresser in the late 1870's and 80's. The mark on your is most certainly Hukin and Heath. Best wishes, Mike.
