Hi,
I am new to this forum and need some help in identifying a makers mark on a silver-plated tea service and the possible year the items were made.

The tea service consists of a teapot, milk jug and sugar bowl. Each of the items has the makers mark and the number 4810 beside it.
I have attached a couple of photos.

Many thanks.
