Silver Baby Cup - please help with hallmark

I have a family hollowware baby cup with birhtdates from 1865. Can anyone help with the hallmark, which seems to be Gorham, but unlike others I have seen. (Family has always referred to it as the "Tiffany Cup", but I'm not so sure...)



The four marks read: Anchor; G (?); &; Co. (the lighting in the picture alters the color - the base is silver like the rest of the cup)
