Tea Kettle with warming stand and spirit lamp

Upon polishing this beautiful set, we've discovered markings: on the base of the kettle (or pot) is what appears to be a stamped menorah with stippled background and a surrounding ribbon - also the imprint England. Somewhat worn symbols and letters reveal 56 with an underline on all pieces - a numeral 4 is imprinted above. On the spirit lamp arm there are the following letters & numerals : PROV.PATENT 1758/12 and on the opposite side 8 7 and a backwards 7.
