Plz, can someone help me out with this? make up set

hello,
i bought this make up set (dont know the exact english term for it),
on a antique market. It contains three pieces and looks very old to me.
dont know if its silver or silverplated, the only marks i can find are:
D.D. 90 on all three pieces, can someone help me out with this, i looked on other sites but couldnt find any information about this mark.

another 2 marks i found on top of the objects:
zilpla and 90, so i guess its silverplated?
