another set of Swedish triplex tongs

Postby DianaGaleM » Sun Aug 18, 2013 1:36 pm

There are two stamps on this little set of tongs (length 116 mm or 4-3/16 inches): one says "MADE IN SWEDEN," the other says "C.G.H." I cannot seem to find what the "C.G.H." stands for.

Also, the mechanism is a bit "sticky." My first thought was WD40, then I thought better of it. The mechanism loosened up a bit with a good soak and wash, but is there anything I can safely use to loosen it up (that won't make the sugar taste funny)?
