Need help with first part of hallmarks + Has CC and 55

First hallmark is very tough to make out. Appears to be ALEE NIDE but I could be totally wrong. Second one is scales of justice with C on both sides and then the third is 55. No other marks other than a monogram of QE on back of handle.
I would really like to get some info on this piece.

I'm not sure but the middle mark looks a lot like one used by the French firm Christofle, Paris. Founded in 1839 by Charles Christofle. They did sell in the American market.

Wow!! Thanks . That was quick. I've looked him up and got lots of info, but I would like to know what the 55 possibly stands for. Any help would be appreciated.

French Marks re: numbers.
The first mark is that of Alfenide, a French flatware manufacturer that provided blanks for plating to Christofle.
