Anyone know the date this Hallmark might have been used
I know it's Walker and Hall. It says Electroplate. No mention of NS or BM, so does that mean over copper? If so, what is the difference as to value between something that is EPC versus EPNS ?

Values are not discussed on this forum.
As to the material, could be anything, no one dictated that the plated material had to be included in the marks. As far as I know, on British plated ware, the only real rules were about marks not being allowed to resemble precious metal hallmarks. The stringent rules applied to precious metals, not base metals.
