Need help identifying makers mark FH- spoon - silverplate???

I've attached a few pictures of a spoon which we had thought was sterling, but perhaps it's plate. In any case, the reverse is marked F H, then a mark, then S. Can anyone help identify the maker and pattern, and perhaps even the era? Any help would be incredibly appreciated. Thanks!
