Hallmark help

I am so confused! I have a tea set that was handed down to me and I am a little confused at the hallmark on it. My family is from Ireland, England, Scotland and we are also Welsh and I have no idea who the tea set belonged to! Thanks in advance

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

That is not a hallmark I'm afraid, just the Gothic letters EPNS, standing for Electro Plated Nickel Silver.
