Help Id Makers Mark On Silverplate Plate

Posted on few forums but no replies so far. If no one can ID the mark can you give me some key words to describe it for future searches. I see palm leaves/branches, diamonds/spear heads?, crest? and some weird sign at the top.

Sorry about the images. They were too big so I resized them to 900px × 675px because I thought 900 is the max?

Hi,

The important thing is that images do not exceed 7" max. Otherwise viewers that use small monitors will only see part of the image.
