Help to identify spoons!

Hi there,

I am at the end of my tether. I've been trying to identify these spoons for ages but having no luck. I don't even know if they're sterling or silverplate! Any help is much appreciated. I've attached a link to a couple of photos, the hallmark one is slightly blurry but hopefully good enough for someone to identify.

The marks are the gothic letters EPNS (Electro Plated Nickel Silver).
