need help identifying these marks on a jardinière

Came across this piece, liked it, bought it. Now I'm curious what I actually bought.

If someone can identify these marks, I would really appreciate it.

Looks like silver on copper. My guess - english.

Hi,

To my knowledge these marks have yet to identified, but I would be delighted to be proved wrong.

The one thing I can say, they are definitely not English as such close imitations of English hallmarks would not be permitted in the UK.
