Old Silver Tray

Hello,
I've been researching this old silver tray on the Internet, but have been unsuccessful in finding a match to the markings on the back. I'm hoping this website can help. I have a friend with a similar piece and markings. We'd both like to have an idea of age (we think 50+ years) and maker.
