need help with hallmarks

I've tried to figure this out. It's a large tea service platter or plate. I assume it's plated. Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

I can't help you with the maker, but it's certainly plated. You can see the copper showing through the design where it was polished.

This looks like old shefield plate not sure of the maker, there was a lot of silversmith partnerships in shefield during the 18th and early 19th century,
the crossed keys were used by several silversmiths during that period
