silver sppon unsual mark?

hi all i have found this spoon but for the life of me tarwling the books i have and the websites i can not id the mark,there is no city or assay mark, it may be pewter? the image is not great it looks like a T and S ?, the handle also has engraved initials of L,M,W but i expect this is from the posh owner?
can any one help me out please,

From the information that you have so far supplied, it is almost impossible to even guess. The region of whatever country that the spoon was found would be a start though.
