Identifying a Silver Tea Set

A friend recently inherited this set from her grandmother. No-one is sure how old it is or, for that matter, anything else about it save that it is quite tarnished.

On the bottom of each piece is the following set of marks:

From what I have already read here, I'm guessing the EP stands for electroplate. Anything else anyone can tell me will be greatly appreciated.

It is certainly Electro-plate but have no idea who the maker is.
If you are going to clean this item, please use soap and water and a soft cloth and do it gently, making sure to dry it well after. Silver cleaners generally are a little abrasive and will remove plating over time. However...a good silver polish after the wash would be good. Best wishes, Mike.
