Flatware identification, any help appreciated...

My wife and I were given a boxed flatware set about 7 years ago after an aunt died, in emptying out the spare room we came across it and curiosity got the better of me....
I searched the makers marks within this site and "Googled" to no avail... The marks on the rear are, I believe, "FR&S" with an "A" at right angle after? Any help would be appreciated....

Apologies if the images are too large, reduced them twice to 800 x 600 but still seem somewhat large....
