MAKER OF SILVER-PLATE TEASET

Has anyone please any idea on what the marks on the attached image of this teapot are - it is very ornate and I am pretty sure it is silver plate and British but despite looking extensively on the internet have not been able to firmly establish what they are. The one looks like a shield with the letters either EP or IP below what looks like a crown(??) - it then has the letters MN, but if read other way round could be NW - anyway images are attached - sorry can't get them clearer , and I would be grateful, just because I'm curious of any info received
