Bruno mark on glass and silver comport

Off and on for years I have tried to locate the maker of this glass and silver comport. Maybe someone here can give me some information. I am assuming it is silver due to the fine cut glass dish at the top. I believe the glass is Anglo-Irish, but I could easily be wrong on that account. The name BRUNO is quite apparent in the touchmark but I cannot make out what the mark is to the left of BRUNO. The bird holding the glass dish appears to be a falcon.
