Unidentified mark

I have an eggholder that I am interested in finding out who and when it was made. By looking at the marks I believe it is made of silverplate and that it was made by ISG factory in Birmingham. Right?
But, right in the "ESNP"-mark there is another mark. First I thought it was a mark of the year it was made, but I could not find it in the charts of the year-marks. Can anyone help me indentifying this mark, and also verify my thoughts about the origin of the eggholder. Olso, please give some details about the facory. Is it still producing anything?
