2 items, one of which I know the manufacturer

I have two items here. One of which I was able to identify the manufacturer due to these forums (thanks!). I would like to know what the rest of the marks mean, tho'. I *think* it is a covered soup tureen, but I could be wrong.

Assuming that this is the piece for which you have identified the maker, the remaining letters are EPNS, standing for electroplated nickel silver, which indicates that the piece is silverplated over nickel silver.
