Arabic? Teapot, any help please - for charity.

Hello, I value collectables for Age UK. We have had what I think is an Arabic teapot. Under the mark, it states 'white metal' am I right to assume from that this this is not silver, put plate? It appears to be gilded to the interior. I cleaned the lid, and whilst it came up very nicely, it didn't look like silver, but then again, I am far from an expert in silver..

Any help anybody could give, would be greatly appreciated by myself and the charities coffers!

Luckily, I got a good picture of the makers mark.

Many apologies, I have just seen the no silver plate caveat. If this is in the wrong place, would a mod be as kind as to move it to where it might best live? Many thanks!
