trying this again Creamer help

I tried to put up a few posts and I will try again.

I found this old Creamer in my house we bought last year. if anyone can help with dating this item or who made it.

Welcome to the forums. It's silverplate restaurant/hotelware, made by International Silver, probably early to mid 20th century. "Erie" would be the name of the establishment that owned it - the Erie Railroad was a thought, but they would have most likely used their trademark.
