Silver on |Copper tea pot

Since I am not sure where to post this I will post it her and if the admin|. could be kind enough to move it to it's proper location I would appreciate it.

I am trying to get some info on this tea pot I also have a coffee pot .
I know the hallmarks are very blurry I will try to get a better pic of them with a different camera tomorrow.
It is stamped silver on copper
the first hallmark is a crown,the second is a English B, the third is a English S, and the last appears to be a English G.
they have not been polished in years since my Mother passed away. I did not know wether to polish them or leave the patina on them.

any help would be appreciated as to what the hallmarks stand for, and when was this made etc.
