Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

These are typical British plater's marks, in this case the likely candidates for the maker would be either William Mammatt, or perhaps William Marples, both of Sheffield.

The 'EP' letters to the right of the marks stand for 'Electro Plated'

Hello

The oval shape of the WM mark on the spoon matches the one William Mammatt (1837-1914) registered on 4th August 1876 at the Sheffield office in connection with assaying his silver wares. William Marples' registered mark of 1869 was in a rectangular shape.
