Anyone ever hear of this maker?

I have a tea pot that is marked DEAN E & CO London Bridge. Then there are numbers 8173 and under that is a number 4 and across from the 4 is the number 16. It also has a couple scratch marks in it... it says "411N then NC/X". I appreciate anything U can help me with.... I can not get a picture of the bottom... too shiny but will add a picture of the tea pot.

I suspect Deane & Co were retailers - an 1876 newspaper advert can be seen here http://www.sensationpress.com/victorianhousehold.htm
