Denmark Sugar bowl and creamer Help with marks

Hi, I´ve purchased these items but can´t guess the marks, I think they are danish
Im certain that these are not silver but they are of great quality, the snakes are finely cast
So far I know the eneret mark for registered,
On the creamer the marks seem to be HCD or ECD and a shield with a II
On the sugar the shield again but with a I and what seems to be the maker is unreadable to me,
I would appreciate any help about the maker or date

eneret = sole right , only right.

dont know what it means. Could be quality I and quality II - but that is a guess.
