H, in case anyone readthe first note right away, I rephotographed my hallmark, using a loupe, so here is the unknown hallmark, clarified at:

Hi,

I think the PAT. is a patent mark.
The others I don't know.

The marks are a Maltese Cross, W.R., and a keystone for U.S./Canadian silverplate manufacturer Wm. A. Rogers, Ltd., used on medium grade plate. Oneida took them over in 1929, not sure if they continued use of that trademark. Pattern is Chippendale, introduced in 1919.
