PLEASE HELP IDENTIFY

I have a 10"circular what i'm guessing is some type of serving tray. The markings around the outer edge are vines with leaves and berries, and a wolf at each triangular portion. The markings are a cross, a crown, and a 3/4 finished shield with an inlaid square. Any help identifying the maker/piece would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!
