Who made this lighter?

I am trying to identify the maker of this lighter which is more a permanent match with ashtray. It is silverplated on brass. It has only two marks which is ox and I/O.



Maybe it is WMF but this is only my guess by seeing the marks ox and I/O. Maybe you may know!

Hello, indeed "Ox" and "I/O" are WMF-marks. A pic might tell for sure. Please take a closer look, sometimes there is a tiny WMF mark hidden somewhere. Best wishes, Bahner
