I've been able to identify this as R. Wallace but the other marks I've seen lndicate the "and Sons" in some way and this one doesn't...so ??. Also it has the similar to British marks with the lion for sterling but this one looks more like a squirrel. Other marks I've been able to find says the words "silverplate". My research says they also made sterling holloware and he developed a way to silverplate steel so I can't determine what the metal is. Does the British-like marks indicate this is some of their sterling work? I don't know what a set like this is named...seems to be a gravy boat, sugar bowl and cream bowl. Thanks
