I'd like to know the maker of this British 1873 silver plated looking candle holder (if possible).

I don't really know much about it. Is it one of a pair and is it a clown or juggler?
One of the candle holders has leant to one side and there is a little crack which is a shame. I'll not try to bend it back in case I brake it.
