Columbia Silver Manufacturer

Hi people,
Has anyone ever heard of the Columbia Silver Manufacturer?
Are you able to tell me anything about it?
I have searched on the net but to no avail.

The Middletown Plate Co. of Middletown, CT marked some of their products "Columbia". They were founded in 1864 as makers of silverplated holloware. They were among the original companies that formed the International Silver Co. in 1898. Don't know if this is what you are looking for, but thought I would pass it along.
