The marks appear to be (From top to bottom)
Crown
Possibly the torch mark???

I purchased this at a garage sale in Grand Junction, Colorado yesterday for 50 cents.

Probably resolved here for Cohr crown combined with curled versions of "P" (sometimes reversed): viewtopic.php?f=26&t=58041&p=189440#p189440
