Looked through the database and not sure about this small bud vase. '

The marks appear to be (From top to bottom)

Crown
Possibly the torch mark???

I purchased this at a garage sale in Grand Junction, Colorado yesterday for 50 cents.

Agree, those are silverplate marks.
