I cannot find any info on this mark. Please help!

I bought this plate today and cannot find any info on the mark.. if anyone has info on how old and if it's solid silver or plated.. please send it my way.. it says England in cursive at the bottom of the plate and has a small "13" on the top left on the rim. and there are three small square dots on the bottom as well.. thanks

EPNS stands for electro plated nickel silver - i.e. silverplate. While I cannot be certain, I believe that the "pineapple" was used by Hawksworth, Eyre & Company, who were a Sheffield based plate maker, active circa. 1833 - 1914.
