Who made this??? Help

I am new to the forum and because my wife and I are buying antiques and other fun stuff, I figure I will be here often.
I need help with this item that appears to be from a tea set. Probably nothing much at all, but curious as can be. Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the Forum.

The mark you have posted is maybe the engraved crest of a former owner or the trade mark, of perhaps, Redlich & Co. of New York.

Are there any other marks and whereabouts on this piece is that mark applied?

The answer is no. That seems to be the only mark I can find. So you think it may be a personal mark of the owner?
